Deletes the definition of "renewable energy source device" from Florida Statutes section 196.012, which previously defined equipment for collecting, transmitting, storing, or using solar, wind, or geothermal energy.

Renumbers subsections (15) through (20) of section 196.012 as subsections (14) through (19) to account for the deletion.

Updates cross-references in sections 196.121 and 196.1995 to reflect the renumbered subsections for definitions of "new business" and "expansion of an existing business."

Repeals section 196.175, Florida Statutes, which contained the renewable energy source device property tax exemption.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
