Creates a public records exemption for credit history information and credit scores held by the Office of Financial Regulation related to licensing of loan originators, mortgage brokers, and mortgage lenders under Florida Statutes sections 494.001-494.0077.

Allows the Office of Financial Regulation to share exempted credit information with other governmental entities having oversight, regulatory, or law enforcement authority.

Exemption does not apply to information that is otherwise publicly available.

Provides a statement of public necessity citing that credit information is sensitive and personal, and disclosure could cause reputational harm, defamation, or increase identity theft risk.

Exemption is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and is scheduled to repeal on October 2, 2015, unless reenacted by the Legislature; effective date is July 1, 2010.
