• Removes references to the "SMART Schools Clearinghouse" throughout education statutes and consolidates its functions into the Office of Educational Facilities.

• Repeals obsolete programs and commissions including the Florida Schools of Excellence Commission, academic performance-based charter school districts, deregulated public schools pilot program, and various occupational therapist/physical therapist shortage assistance programs.
