Deletes budget summary requirements from s. 216.023(4)(b), removing the mandate for agencies to submit unit-cost summaries including activity units, expenditures, and cost-per-unit calculations.

Repeals s. 339.1371 relating to Mobility 2000 funding.

Restructures legislative budget request requirements in s. 216.023(4) by renumbering subsections (a) through (j) and removing a cross-reference to the deleted unit-cost summary provision.

Updates cross-references in ss. 216.013, 287.0574, and 489.145 to reflect the redesignated budget request provisions.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
