Repeals sections 13.01-13.09 of Florida Statutes, eliminating the Florida Commission on Interstate Cooperation and related legislative committees on interstate cooperation.

Repeals part II of chapter 13 (sections 13.90-13.996), which governs the Florida Legislative Law Revision Council.

Renumbers section 13.10 (state commissioners to the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws) as section 11.249.

Removes the requirement that legislative members of the Southeastern Interstate Forest Fire Protection Compact Advisory Committee be designated by the Florida Commission on Interstate Cooperation, allowing direct legislative appointment instead.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
