Amends s. 409.25661, F.S. to extend the repeal date of the public records exemption for insurance claim data exchange information obtained by the Department of Revenue from October 2, 2010 to October 2, 2012.

Maintains the confidentiality of information obtained through the insurance claim data exchange system until the Department of Revenue determines whether a match exists between records.

Makes matched information available for public disclosure while requiring nonmatched information to be destroyed per s. 409.25659.

Preserves the exemption from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act, allowing the exemption to continue unless the Legislature reviews and reenacts it before the new repeal date.

Takes effect October 1, 2010.
