Reenacts the Florida Housing Finance Corporation Act (Part V of Chapter 420, Florida Statutes) as part of the Florida Government Accountability Act review of the Department of Community Affairs

Creates a new inspector general position within the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, appointed and removed by the executive director with board approval, who must meet qualifications under s. 20.055 and report administratively to the executive director

Adds the Florida Housing Finance Corporation to the definition of "state agency" under s. 20.055, formally establishing it as an agency subject to inspector general requirements

Requires the corporation's inspector general to prepare an annual report within 90 days of each fiscal year end, summarizing office activities including audits, investigations, and corrective action recommendations

Allows the Secretary of Community Affairs to designate a senior-level agency employee to serve on the corporation's board of directors in place of the secretary's direct participation
