Amends s. 390.01116, F.S. to expand public records exemptions for information identifying minors who petition circuit courts for judicial waivers under the Parental Notice of Abortion Act.

Makes identifying information confidential and exempt from public records disclosure if held by circuit courts, appellate courts, the office of criminal conflict and civil regional counsel, or the Justice Administrative Commission.

Repeals the prior sunset provision in s. 2, ch. 2005-104, Laws of Florida, and establishes a new sunset date of October 2, 2015, subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Includes a statement of public necessity citing protection of minors' privacy, safety from abuse, and constitutional privacy rights as justification for the exemption.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
