Clarifies that the public records exemption for trade secrets related to hurricane loss models applies to the definition under the Uniform Trade Secrets Act (s. 688.002) rather than the previous statutory reference (s. 812.081)

Requires closed meetings of the Florida Commission on Hurricane Loss Projection Methodology or rate proceedings where trade secrets are discussed to be recorded, with no portion off the record

Creates a new public records exemption for recordings made during closed portions of meetings where confidential trade secrets are discussed

Extends the Open Government Sunset Review Act repeal date from October 2, 2010 to October 2, 2015

Takes effect October 1, 2010
