Appropriates $882,322.22 from the General Revenue Fund to compensate Laura D. Strazza for injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on April 25, 1996, involving a Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services employee's transport truck on U.S. 1 in Juno Beach.

Directs the Chief Financial Officer to issue a warrant to Laura Strazza for $882,322.22, representing the remainder of a 1999 jury judgment of $944,829 plus court costs, after the department paid the maximum $100,000 allowed under Florida Statutes section 768.28.

Limits attorney's fees, lobbying fees, costs, and other similar expenses relating to this claim to no more than 25 percent of the amount awarded under this act.

Designates the total amount paid by the department under section 768.28 and this act as sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from the motor vehicle accident.
