Creates the Florida Firearms Freedom Act (s. 790.34, F.S.) to exempt intrastate-manufactured firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition from federal regulation if they remain within Florida's borders and bear a "Made in Florida" marking on a central metallic part.

Exempts generic and insignificant parts (springs, screws, nuts, pins) and basic materials (unmachined steel, unshaped wood) used in firearm manufacturing from federal regulation when incorporated into Florida-manufactured products that remain in-state.

Provides that firearm accessories imported from other states do not subject a firearm to federal interstate commerce regulation when attached to or used with a firearm in Florida.

Excludes from the act's protections: firearms that cannot be carried by one person, firearms with bore diameter greater than 1½ inches using smokeless powder, armor-piercing or exploding ammunition, and firearms discharging multiple cartridges with one trigger activation.

Requires all firearms manufactured and sold in Florida to bear "Made in Florida" marking effective October 1, 2010; applies to firearms manufactured after that date that remain within the state.
