Establishes the Florida Farm Fresh Schools Program within the Department of Education to promote nutritious food in school meals and combat obesity and nutrition-related diseases.

Requires the Department of Education to collaborate with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to develop policies encouraging school districts to purchase fresh, high-quality foods grown in Florida when feasible.

Directs school districts and schools to make reasonable efforts to select foods based on maximum nutritional content and demonstrate preference for competitively priced organic food products.

Mandates the Department of Education and Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to provide outreach, guidance, and training to school districts, schools, food service directors, parent organizations, and students about benefits of fresh Florida farm products.

Requires the program to comply with National School Lunch Program regulations; effective July 1, 2010.
