Public employers must collect and retain work-related injury and illness data using OSHA Form 300 effective October 1, 2010, with data compiled by the Division of Workers' Compensation and made available on the department's website.

Division of Workers' Compensation must establish a toll-free telephone number by October 1, 2010 for public employees to report unsafe workplace conditions and request workplace safety assistance.

Division must include a safety information link on its website by October 1, 2010 providing professional resources to help public employers enhance workplace safety.

All public employers must comply with federal OSHA general industry standards (C.F.R. part 1910) and construction standards (C.F.R. part 1926) by June 30, 2013.

Department's annual workers' compensation report must include a comprehensive analysis and summary of public employers' work-related injuries, illnesses, fatalities, and compensation claims, with copies provided to each public employer and related governing officials by September 15 each year.
