Amends Florida law to expand circumstances that constitute violations of injunctions for protection against repeat violence, sexual violence, or dating violence.

Adds that violators cannot knowingly and intentionally come within 100 feet of the petitioner's motor vehicle, whether occupied or not.

Adds that violators cannot deface or destroy the petitioner's personal property, including motor vehicles.

Adds that violators must surrender firearms or ammunition if ordered to do so by the court.

Violators of these expanded provisions commit a first-degree misdemeanor, punishable under existing Florida sentencing guidelines; effective July 1, 2010.
