Adds a new taxpayer right to Florida's Taxpayer's Bill of Rights for property taxes and assessments under section 192.0105, Florida Statutes.

Requires property appraisers to provide taxpayers with all supporting documentation used in a property assessment automatically, without the taxpayer having to request it.

Mandates that this documentation be provided 14 business days before the taxpayer's hearing date before the value adjustment board.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
