Amends Florida law on motorsport liability releases to allow minors to sign releases if their parent or guardian also signs.

Defines "nonspectators" to include minors who are event participants when both the minor and parent/guardian have signed the motorsport liability release.

Requires motorsport liability releases to be printed in 8 point type or larger and appear on each page or side of a page that is signed.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
