Department of Corrections must provide each inmate in a correctional facility the opportunity to place a security freeze on their consumer report.

Department shall provide appropriate forms to inmates upon request to initiate the security freeze process.

All fees and expenses incurred in applying for a security freeze must be paid by the inmate.

Effective date is July 1, 2010.
