Expands medical exemptions from Florida window sunscreening requirements to include Lupus, any autoimmune disease, and other medical conditions requiring limited light exposure

Requires the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to consult with the Medical Advisory Board to determine which autoimmune diseases and medical conditions qualify for exemptions

Medical exemption certificates remain nontransferable and become void upon vehicle sale or transfer, and must include vehicle description, VIN, decal number, and registered owner name

Exempts all law enforcement vehicles used in undercover or canine operations from window sunscreening requirements

Authorizes the department to charge a fee to cover costs of issuing medical exemption certificates, effective July 1, 2010
