Requires the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco to produce and distribute signs, with authority to charge a nominal fee for printing and handling, and may allow vendors to download signs from a website.

Mandates specific sign placement locations: at main entrance for on-premises consumption, at cash registers or main entrance for off-premises sales, and at tasting room entrances for manufacturers.

Establishes violation penalties of a second-degree misdemeanor, with enforcement through routine inspections, a 60-day warning period, and $50 daily fines for non-compliance after the warning period expires.
