Prohibits corporations and business entities (formed for purposes other than political advocacy) from making contributions or expenditures to candidates, political committees, political parties, or electioneering communications organizations in Florida

Excludes corporations and business entities from the $500 per election contribution limit that applies to individuals, instead imposing a complete ban on their political contributions

Allows corporations and business entities to continue making independent expenditures, which are not restricted under the new prohibition

Establishes criminal penalties for violations: misdemeanor of the first degree for contributions/expenditures of $500 or less, felony of the third degree for amounts exceeding $500, with fines ranging from $1,000-$10,000 for minor violations and $10,000-$50,000 for major violations

Authorizes dissolution of domestic corporations or revocation of foreign corporations' right to do business in Florida for prohibited political contributions or expenditures
