• Designates 44 roads, highways, bridges, and ways throughout Florida with memorial or commemorative names, including routes in 27 counties such as Doolittle Raiders Highway, Purple Heart Highway, and multiple military and community memorial designations.

• Restricts public funding for projects on S.W. 67th Avenue (Ludlam Road) in Miami-Dade County, including prohibiting removal of trees exceeding 6 inches in diameter within 35 feet of the road and preventing alterations to physical dimensions except for emergency utilities, safety vehicles, and public safety improvements approved by local government.
