Each district school board and county supervisor of elections must jointly provide a voter-education program consisting of mandatory presentations by the supervisor of elections to eligible high school voters, with presentations available to nonpublic high schools upon request

Presentation content must include voter registration and preregistration procedures, voting machine operation, polling locations and times, voting processes including identification requirements, and the importance of voting

Program must be conducted during school hours at least once per term to maximize student participation and include time for students to complete and submit voter registration applications to the supervisor of elections

No eligible student may be excluded from the program, and it must be provided to magnet school students on the same basis as other high school students
