Allows members of travel buying clubs and travel buying services to cancel membership within 30 business days of enrollment, with membership fees held in escrow until the cancellation period ends.

Requires all travel buying club and travel buying service contracts to be in writing, signed by the member with the signing date designated, and include conspicuous cancellation rights notice in boldfaced 14-point type stating the 30-day cancellation window.

Mandates that buying clubs, travel buying clubs, and travel buying services disclose all complaints filed with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and Department of Legal Affairs to prospective members before contract sale.

Expands the definition of "seller of travel" under Florida law to explicitly include travel buying clubs and travel buying services offering memberships for advance fees.
