Prohibits challenges based on lists compiled from voter caging documents or lists matching voter information to ineligible voter lists, unless the match includes a signature, photograph, or unique identifying number

Restricts non-election officials from submitting formal challenges to voter registration or voting eligibility based solely on immaterial errors or omissions in application, registration, or voting-related records

Takes effect July 1, 2010
