Proposes constitutional amendment to Section 4 of Article IV replacing the Attorney General with the Commissioner of Agriculture on the State Board of Administration

Maintains the State Board of Administration composition as Governor (chair), Chief Financial Officer, and one additional member, changing that member from Attorney General to Commissioner of Agriculture

Keeps the Attorney General and Commissioner of Agriculture as members of the trustees for the Internal Improvement Trust Fund and Land Acquisition Trust Fund

Keeps the Attorney General and Commissioner of Agriculture as agency heads of the Department of Law Enforcement

Requires approval by Florida voters at the next general election or earlier special election authorized by law
