Proposes constitutional amendment to repeal class size limits currently mandated in Florida public schools, including maximum student-to-teacher ratios of 18 students for prekindergarten through grade 3, 22 students for grades 4-8, and 25 students for grades 9-12

Removes requirement for the legislature to ensure sufficient classrooms and provide state funding to reduce average class sizes by at least two students per year until maximums are met

Eliminates the state's responsibility to cover costs of reducing class size, shifting potential burden to local school districts

Retains constitutional requirement for adequate provision of uniform, efficient, safe, secure, and high quality public education system

Requires amendment to be submitted to Florida voters for approval or rejection at the next general election or earlier special election authorized by law
