Requires motor vehicle registration and renewal application forms to include an option for a $1 voluntary contribution to Prevent Child Sexual Abuse, distributed to Lauren's Kids, Inc.

Adds two new $1 voluntary contribution options on driver's license and identification card applications: one for Prevent Child Sexual Abuse (Lauren's Kids, Inc.) and one for Prevent Blindness Florida.

Removes provisions requiring separate voluntary contribution options on driver's license renewal forms for Prevent Blindness Florida and Family First by consolidating these into the main application form under section 322.08.

Excludes all voluntary contributions received under these programs from being counted as revenue subject to service charges under Florida Statutes section 215.20.

Effective date: October 1, 2010.
