Board of Trustees of the University of South Florida may exceed the 5 percent annual cap on activity and service, health, and athletic fees for the 2010-2011 fiscal year to increase the activity and service fee at USF St. Petersburg.

Revenue from the activity and service fee increase must be used to construct and operate a multipurpose campus center on the USF St. Petersburg campus.

Any proposed fee increase must be approved by the university's activity and service fee committee pursuant to Florida Statutes section 1009.24(10).

Effective date is July 1, 2010.
