Prohibits persons convicted of sexual offenses involving the Internet from maintaining, contracting for, or accessing wireless Internet connections in any location

Applies to convictions or guilty/nolo contendere pleas for violations of chapters 794, 800, 827, or 847 of Florida Statutes where the Internet was used in committing the offense

Exempts employment-related Internet access if required for or solely for the purpose of employment

Violation of the prohibition is a third-degree felony
