Mandates massage service providers present their license and identification documents to law enforcement officers upon request

Requires massage establishment operators to maintain valid work authorization documents on premises for all non-U.S. citizen employees and present them to law enforcement upon request

Prohibits using a massage establishment for lewdness, assignation, or prostitution

Establishes escalating penalties: second-degree misdemeanor for first violation, first-degree misdemeanor for second violation, and third-degree felony for third or subsequent violations; effective October 1, 2010
