Requires dentists and dental hygienists to complete a dental workforce survey beginning in 2012 when renewing their licenses, providing information on education, practice location, employment of support staff, patient volume, specialty areas, and pro bono hours.

Makes the Department of Health the coordinating body for collecting, maintaining, and disseminating dental workforce data, and establishes an advisory body including the State Surgeon General, dental school deans, and professional association representatives to inform survey development.

Authorizes the Board of Dentistry to issue nondisciplinary citations to licensees who fail to complete the survey within 90 days after license renewal, with notification that future renewals will be denied until the survey is completed.

Allows professional corporations and limited liability companies of dentists to pay for prescription drugs obtained by their licensed practitioners under chapter 466, with the licensed practitioner deemed the purchaser and owner.

Adds one member nominated by the Florida Dental Association to the Florida Healthy Kids Corporation board of directors, increasing board membership from 11 to 12 members.
