Defines "timely application for renewal" as filing a federal farm labor contractor certificate of registration at least 30 days before its expiration date with the U.S. Department of Labor

Allows the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to renew a state certificate of registration after the federal certificate expires if the applicant files a timely renewal application with the U.S. Department of Labor

Removes the grounds for denying, suspending, or revoking a state certificate based solely on denial or suspension of a federal certificate, instead making such action mandatory only upon receipt of a final order from the U.S. Department of Labor

Requires the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to suspend, revoke, or refuse to issue or renew a certificate upon receipt of a final federal order of suspension, revocation, or refusal from the U.S. Department of Labor

Takes effect July 1, 2010
