Creates automatic expunction for criminal history records when a person has not been found guilty, including cases where charges were not filed, dismissed, or resulted in acquittal.

Eliminates the requirement for a certificate of eligibility from the Department of Law Enforcement for automatic expunction cases under the new section 943.0595.

Allows courts to order expunction of records pertaining to multiple arrests or incidents if the person was not adjudicated guilty of any charges stemming from those arrests.

Requires copies of expunction orders be sent to the state attorney, arresting agency, county, and Federal Bureau of Investigation, with arresting agencies responsible for distributing to other agencies that received the records.

Maintains that expunged records retained by the Department of Law Enforcement remain confidential and available only by court order, and does not prevent individuals from seeking additional expunction or sealing relief under other statutory provisions.
