Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services must meet with representatives of Florida pest control industry organizations to prepare a joint report by January 1, 2011

Report must include recommended amendments to chapter 482, Florida Statutes regarding disciplinary action against licensees who violate laws on soil pretreatment for new homes, pest control at sensitive facilities like schools and nursing homes, and fumigation of existing homes for termite protection

Report may also address other industry concerns including professional liability insurance requirements, bond amounts, certified operator duties, centralized pest control service center licensing, and limited certification for commercial wildlife management personnel

Report must be submitted to the President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, and chairpersons of the Senate Committee on Agriculture and House Committee on Agribusiness
