Revises Florida's controlled substances schedules by adding new substances to Schedule I, including alpha-methyltryptamine, 1-(1-phenylcyclohexyl)pyrrolidine, 2,5-dimethoxy-4-(n)-propylthiophenethylamine, 5-methoxy-N,N-diisopropyltryptamine, and N-benzylpiperazine.

Adds dihydroetorphine to Schedule II opioid derivatives and includes lisdexamfetamine and remifentanil as new Schedule II controlled substances.

Adds embutramide to Schedule III depressants and modifies tiletamine and zolazepam language to clarify salt inclusion requirements.

Expands Schedule IV to include zopiclone, zaleplon, zolpidem, modafinil, petrichloral, sibutramine, and dichloralphenazone.

Adds buprenorphine and pregabalin to Schedule V narcotic drugs, and modifies difenoxin dosage requirements between Schedule IV and Schedule V.
