Expands public records exemption to include names, home addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, photographs, and places of employment of spouses and children of active and former law enforcement personnel, including correctional officers, child protective investigators, and child support enforcers.

Extends public records exemption to current and former firefighters certified under section 633.35, Florida Statutes, protecting their home addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, photographs, and their spouses' and children's personal information and employment locations.

Applies exemptions to both the officers themselves and their family members' school and day care facility information, protecting spouses' and children's places of employment.

Subjects both the law enforcement and firefighter exemptions to the Open Government Sunset Review Act with repeal dates of October 2, 2015, unless renewed by the Legislature.

Cites public necessity statement that disclosure of this information would jeopardize safety of law enforcement, investigatory personnel, firefighters, and their families due to potential retaliation from individuals encountered during their occupational duties.
