Extends grandfather clause deadlines to March 1, 2011 for home inspectors and mold assessors/remediators to qualify for licensure based on experience (3 years with documented reports/invoices) or certification from recognized associations

Requires distance learning courses to be approved as alternatives to classroom courses for prelicensure, postlicensure, and continuing education requirements for community association managers, home inspectors, mold assessors/remediators, and real estate professionals

Adds disciplinary grounds for licensees including entering guilty pleas regardless of adjudication, failing to meet department-adopted standards of practice, and requires licensees to surrender licenses when erroneously issued or revoked
