Revises Florida's Uniform Commercial Code Article 7 to align with the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws' revised Article 7, adding comprehensive provisions for electronic documents of title alongside existing tangible document rules.

Creates new section 677.106 establishing control standards for electronic documents of title, defining when a person has control based on system reliability and identification of the holder.

Authorizes issuers to convert between electronic and tangible documents of title upon request, with the surrendering party warranting they were entitled to the document when surrendering it.

Expands definitions throughout the code to include electronic documents and adds references to control of electronic documents in secured transactions (Chapter 679) provisions, including perfection by control.

Makes conforming amendments to definitions, cross-references, and provisions related to warehouses, carriers, bailees, and document holders to accommodate electronic document of title mechanisms.
