Delays expiration of Department of Transportation fund transfers of $20.3 million to the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development from July 1, 2010 to July 1, 2011, and expands eligible uses to include space and aerospace infrastructure and urban redevelopment infrastructure projects.

Extends through July 1, 2011 provisions authorizing the Department of Transportation to use State Transportation Trust Fund moneys for administrative expenses of multicounty transportation authorities and county and school district transportation infrastructure improvements.

Removes per diem and travel expense entitlements for Century Commission for a Sustainable Florida members, with the amendment set to expire July 1, 2011 and revert to prior law.

Revises Hurricane Loss Mitigation Program appropriations for fiscal year 2010-2011 by reallocating funds between mobile home tie-down improvements ($2.7 million), State Logistics Response Center operations ($3 million), competitive bidding for wind resistance improvements ($4.192 million), and departmental operations ($107,611).

Reenacts provisions authorizing the Department of Transportation to fund up to 100 percent of eligible security project costs at publicly owned airports, with expiration set for June 30, 2012.
