Amends the definition of "benefits" in Florida's Veterans' Guardianship Law to include any moneys due from the United States Government payable through its agencies, expanding beyond just Department of Veterans Affairs payments.

Reorders subsections (3) through (8) of section 744.604, Florida Statutes, renumbering the definitions without substantive changes to most terms.

Retains definitions for "Secretary" (Secretary of Veterans Affairs), "Estate" (income and assets acquired with benefits), "Guardian" (fiduciary for ward), "Income" (VA benefits and property revenue), and "Person" (individual, partnership, corporation, or association).

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
