Re-creates the Florida Forever Program Trust Fund within the Department of Community Affairs with FLAIR number 52-2-349

Trust fund receives appropriations from sources specified in section 259.105(3)(c) and (j) to further purposes of the Florida Forever Program

Annual fund balances carry forward to the next fiscal year and remain available for trust fund purposes, notwithstanding standard budget termination provisions

Trust fund is scheduled for termination on July 1, 2014, subject to review under section 215.3206(1) and (2) prior to termination

Takes effect July 1, 2010, contingent upon passage by three-fifths vote of both houses of the Legislature
