Exempts biodiesel fuel manufactured by public or private secondary schools from state taxation if production is less than 1,000 gallons annually and used solely at the school, by employees, or by students

Exempts public or private secondary schools producing less than 1,000 gallons of biodiesel per year from registration requirements under the diesel fuel tax chapter

Makes minor grammatical correction to existing law, changing "that" to "which" in reference to U.S. Government motor vehicles not used on highways

Takes effect July 1, 2010
