Amends s. 1002.33, F.S. to require charter schools to comply with maximum class size requirements in Section 1, Article IX of the State Constitution.

Specifies that compliance with class size requirements shall be calculated as the average at the school level, rather than individual classroom measurements.

Extends public meetings, records, and public records law requirements (s. 286.011 and Chapter 119) to charter schools, which were already required.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
