Congress should direct space programs to utilize Florida's aerospace workforce and facilities to preserve national space launch capability.

Congress should support increased utilization and sustainable development of federal and state spaceports as national resources for commercial enterprises and research.

Copies of this memorial shall be sent to the President, Congressional leadership, and all Florida delegation members to Congress.
