• Requires school districts to allocate 100 percent of funds received for International Baccalaureate, Advanced International Certificate of Education, and Advanced Placement programs to the schools and programs that generate those funds

• Limits fund expenditures to administrative costs (program fees, examination fees, coordinator salaries, instructional materials, professional development) and teacher bonuses

• Increases teacher bonus caps from $2,000 to $5,000 per year for teachers in schools with "D" or "F" grades; maintains $2,000 cap for other schools

• Allows school districts to prorate teacher bonuses proportionately if program revenues are insufficient after paying mandatory fees

• Requires the Florida Partnership for Minority and Underrepresented Student Achievement to post an annual Advanced Placement Program report on the Department of Education website by January 15, including participation numbers, exam results, and examination costs
