Authorizes electronic devices to be used for bingo game functions that were previously required to be conducted manually, specifically for verifying objects, displaying numbers, and inspecting bingo equipment.

Electronic devices must provide the same functionality as the manual procedures they replace, including verification of all objects before sessions and inspection in the presence of a disinterested person.

Electronic devices may satisfy the requirement that all numbers be visibly displayed after being drawn and before being placed in the rack.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
