Expands Medikids program eligibility to include children under 1 year of age (previously limited to ages 1-5)

Requires all eligible children in Florida Kidcare programs to be offered presumptive eligibility and allows lawful immigrant children to enroll regardless of date of entry

Adds temporomandibular joint disease (TMJ) treatment to covered outpatient services under Kidcare health benefits coverage

Establishes 12-month continuous Medicaid eligibility for all eligible children regardless of changes in circumstances and requires presumptive eligibility offers for Medicaid-eligible children

Extends Medicaid eligibility for pregnant women for the duration of pregnancy and postpartum period, and expands Florida Healthy Kids Corporation board from 11 to 12 members to include a dental representative
