Creates section 553.875, F.S. to authorize property owners, condominium associations, condominium developers, and licensed contractors to agree on specific repair measures for reactive drywall damage when no government standards exist in their jurisdiction.

Protects condominium associations, property owners, subsequent owners, and their successors from suing condominium developers or contractors for damage caused by prior reactive drywall use or resulting from completed repairs.

Protection from lawsuits applies regardless of whether government laws, rules, or ordinances establishing repair standards are later adopted in the applicable jurisdiction after the repair agreement date.

Defines "reactive drywall" as drywall or similar materials contaminated with substances that cause metal corrosion or emit sulfurous compounds.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
