Increases Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board from 7 to 9 members, adding 2 representatives from the appraisal management industry

Creates new registration requirement for appraisal management companies with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, including fingerprinting and criminal history checks of controlling persons

Establishes application and renewal fees for appraisal management companies not to exceed $150 for initial application and $150 annually for renewal

Creates disciplinary authority for the board to investigate, fine up to $5,000, suspend, or revoke registration of appraisal management companies for misconduct including influencing appraisals, altering reports, and other violations

Requires appraisal management companies and appraisers to retain appraisal records for 5 years or the period specified in Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, whichever is greater; effective July 1, 2011
