Authorizes licensed security officers with a Class "G" license to temporarily detain individuals on client premises when the officer has probable cause to believe a crime has been committed against the client or patrons.

Requires security officers to notify law enforcement as soon as reasonably possible and transfer custody of the detainee to the responding law enforcement officer immediately upon arrival.

Limits temporary detention to the location where it was first effected or immediate vicinity, and only for as long as reasonably necessary to determine identity and circumstances.

Permits security officers to conduct limited searches of a detainee's person and belongings if there is probable cause to believe the person is armed with a firearm, concealed weapon, or destructive device, and requires seized weapons be provided to law enforcement.

Defines "probable cause" for detention purposes as limited to the officer's observation or the detainee's admission of possessing a weapon.
